Drywallzone.com-Tapetechtools.com believe's in the quality of our products and honors our manufacturers guarantees. Any product originally purchased from tapetechtools.com may be returned within 14 days of the order date. Please follow the guidelines listed below to ensure a smooth return.

1. Please email us at contact@drywallzone.com or call us at (888) 7Drywall - 888.737.9925 and request a return merchandise code (RMC). Please include an explanation why your product needs to be returned.
   
   
2. Return product to the address on the customer order form. If you do not have the customer order form we will need the following: name, order number, address, (RMC) and contact information attached to the box. Returns should be unopened or in otherwise new condition, to ensure that you're eligible for a  refund.
   
   
3. After receiving and processing your return you will be contacted with details. Please note that we refund shipping costs only if the return is the result of our error and the entire order is returned. In order to be eligible for a refund, product must have been originally purchased from drywallzone.com-tapetechtools.com.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee on Taping tools, and 20% on power tools, if factory defect on all or any tool this may not apply to you.
